This is our most popular product. You outsource your technical support to us; we log into your helpdesk and reply to tickets as your staff members. You pay us per client or per ticket.

a] Prices are: $1/domain/mo on the server (all domains - add-on parked everything counts in this) - minimum fee of $100/server if you have fewer domains (OR)
b] $2.50/ ticket - minimum of 50 tickets per month; valid for 60 days.

These prices are for cpanel servers. For servers without a control panel we do not offer co-branded helpdesk. You need to choose consulting or on-call.
