One-off On Call Support Services

This is pretty much the same work as server admin or helpdesk, the only difference is we do not take any responsibility. You can call us by emailing support AT or using our helpdesk. We charge $10 per incident - we fix the incident and we both go our independent ways.

If it is the kind of problem that takes more than an hour we will route you to our Consulting services. On call support cannot be given the same priority as sysadmin or consulting hire for obvious reasons.

This is a very affordable option for DNS troubleshooting or installing something complicated like OpenERP or OTRS and the like.
